Shipping

When you will start shipping?

We ship all our orders within 1 working day.

How long will my order deliver?

For shipping in West Malaysia, 
The arrival of your product will be 3-5 working days.

For shipping in East Malaysia,
The arrival of your product will be 6-8 working days.

For international shipping,
The arrival of your product will be around 2 to 5 weeks.

Why is my shipment still didn't get updated?

We strive to ensure our customers to get their product as soon as possible and if your shipment didn't get updated for more than 2 days and it is not a PRE-ORDER,

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to Malaysia and Singapore.

Our Oversized Bottle

What are the bottles made out of?

Our bottles are made from PP food-grade plastic and it's 100% BPA free.

It can withstand drop from table level with full water inside.

Do I need to wash my bottle before use?

Yes definitely, since your bottle is fresh out from our factory, please do hand wash your bottle with soapy water then rinse thoroughly before use. 

Can my bottle hold hot water?

Although our bottle can withstand hot water, we do not recommend it because it is still a plastic material and it might weaken the plastic over time.

We only want this product to remind our customers to stay hydrated at all times as our bodies need at least 3-4L a day. 🤗 

So we recommend using it for warm water or normal temperature water only. 😊

Can my bottle be put in the fridge?

Yes you can place your bottle in the fridge or putting ice into the water when you fill it up but please do not put your bottle in the freezer as it subjects the bottle to extreme temperature cycles which can weaken the plastic.

If I drop my Oversized Bottle and it breaks, can I get a refund?

Please be aware that while our bottles are very high quality, they are not indestructible. The bottle may shatter if impacted upon by, for example, being dropped onto a hard surface.

Please take special care of your bottle to ensure its longevity (suggest to put on the ground), as refunds will not be given for bottles that have been dropped

Returns and exchanges

What if I received a wrong or damaged order?

If for some reason a mistake has been made at our end or your bottle has been damaged during transit,

Please email us at wecare@overmalaysia.com within 48 hrs of receiving the parcel.
Please note that we will act to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. 

Please note that all claims will be honored at the discretion of OVER VENTURE SDN BHD and we reserve the right to refuse or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
