- Store in the freezer (1.5h minimum) in its protective bag. Ready for countless uses!
- Ensure room temperature. Microwave for 20seconds, add time in 5second increments until warm.

Our shipping days are from Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holiday).

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our OVER Recovery Sleeve, offering a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind.
What Does Our Warranty Cover?
- Defects in the materials or workmanship, evident upon receipt or during normal use.
- Issues with the gel layer or fabric blend not functioning as promised for hot/cold therapy within the warranty period.
Warranty Duration:
- This warranty lasts for a full year from the date of your purchase, giving you 365 days of guaranteed performance.
What We Do Not Cover:
- Damage from improper use, such as not following the hot/cold application instructions.
- Damage caused by the user, such as wetting the sleeve, is not eligible for exchange or return.
- Wear and tear from rigorous use, including tears or fabric deterioration.
- Issues arising from neglect, such as not storing the product as advised.
- Damage from external forces, like being chewed by pets or accidentally cut or punctured.
Claims Process:
To make a warranty claim, we may ask for photographic evidence and a detailed account of how the issue occurred. This helps us determine if the problem stems from a manufacturing defect. If approved, we'll guide you through the replacement process.
Note:
Our warranty does not cover replacements for products that have been misused, modified, or repaired by anyone other than OVER's authorized personnel. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Please note that we will act to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of OVER VENTURE SDN BHD and we reserve the right to refuse or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
