Our shipping days are from Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holiday).
Orders that placed by 9am are shipped the same day.
Orders that placed after 9am are shipped the next business day.
Orders that placed weekends will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Goods will be sent via NinjaVan which would take up to 2-4 working days to receive the parcel.

- What kind of warranty DO we cover?
- Leaking bottle cap or damaged products during the shipping process.
- What do we NOT cover?
- Broken or dropped bottles as a result of user error.
- Normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor, negligence, or misuse on the consumer's behalf.
- Slight colour differences of the product from images posted on social media due to differences in environment lighting & colour resolutions of different devices.
- Normal wear and tear on our oversized flask including scratches, dents, or other things that may occur with general use.
We reserve the right to require photographic proof of the defect as well as clarification on how the issue occurred to ensure it is in fact a manufacturer defect.

If for some reason a mistake has been made at our end or your bottle has been damaged during transit,

Please note that we will act to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of OVER VENTURE SDN BHD and we reserve the right to refuse or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
